Glen Larry Boyd, 78, died on April 8, 2026 at his residence.  Visitation with family Sat., April 18 at 12 noon at Newtown Church of Christ with funeral to follow at 12 noon.  The body will lie instate Fri. from 12 to 5 pm at Baxter Bros Funeral Home.  Burial Pinecrest Cemetery. Baxter Bros is assisting family with arrangements.

He was born on December 27, 1947 in Jacksonville, Flordia to the late  Robert Boyd and Willie Tillman Boyd.  He received his education in Flordia and received an Associates degree in accounting.  He was a member of the US Army where he served a term in Viet Nam. He was later employed  by General Motors as a CPA.  More info to come
